  4. The three (easy) steps to registering Ico2Bmp! using the PIN :

  6.    1. Run Ico2Bmp!.EXE.
  7.    2. The first window shown is the registration window.
  8.       It contains the PIN which is unique for your system.
  9.       Write down the PIN for your registration.
  10.    3. Send the registration form (see help) to the below address;
  11.       OR register online with CompuServe (see GO_SWREG.TXT).
  12.       You will receive a LIC to convert Ico2Bmp! into the full version.
